After interviewing two other contractors (one was overpriced and had a long timeline and the other refused to provide a professional contract) we found Basements and Decks R Us on Angie’s List and decided to give them a try. Martin prepared a clear quote and contract immediately, and explained every step of the project to us. We just completed the project, exactly on time as promised, and slightly under budget. The quality of the work is great, and all of Martin’s workers were courteous, paid attention to detail, and got their jobs done in the timeline promised. This was a really large project, about 1300 square feet, and any issues that came up were addressed immediately. We had great communication with Martin and his team, and we are so happy with the basement. I would absolutely use Basements and Decks R us again.
